Mohammed Shami Not Traveling to Australia for Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25

Shami’s availability for the upcoming ODI series against England is now uncertain, raising concerns about his participation in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. Indian captain Rohit Sharma has emphasized the importance of Shami making a full recovery before returning to international cricket. The men’s selection committee is yet to announce the squad for the T20I and ODI series against England, set to begin in the second half of January.
